SYNOPSIS: Action packed Filipino that borrows a lot of it’s style from the previous year’s The Road Warrior. In modern day Philippines a (not so) tough cop, with the code name “W2”, accidentally / on purpose kills a member of a wild biker gang. His boss puts W2 on leave but the bad guys catch up to him, on his wedding night no less, and cut his dick off while his bride watches! The gang runs an international opium ring with help from a very Nazi-like German dude. They even resort to kidnapping a group of young schoolchildren for ransom. Eventually W2 gets fed up and in a mutherfuckin’ montage he turns his beater car into a Road Warrior style war machine. A female member of the gang has flipped sides and helps him in his fight. The first half of the movie has some action and fight scenes but the last half hour is just wild low-budget car chases, explosions, hand-to-hand fighting, shoot-outs, and crazy stunt work. The villains’ costumes are so over the-the-top with most of the members having smooth shaved heads (including the women). They wear leather vests with studs, face paint and drive impractical three-wheeled chopper motorcycles. The score has a lot of fast paced electronic music that’s both weird and memorable.
