SYNOPSIS: Radio DJ Shadoe Stevens stars as “Traxx” a Rambo style soldier of fortune who we see fighting in El Salvador, Lebanon, Afghanistan, etc. Back home all he really wants to do is start a cookie business and be like “Famous Amos”. But his cookies are awful with weird ingredients like crab or vegetables. The small Texas town where he lives is overrun with killers, rapists, drug dealers and rampant crime controlled by a crime boss played by Robert Davi. Traxx offer his expertise to clean up the town, for a price, to the mayor (Barnes) who is sexually turned on by him. He finds a Lethal Weapon style partner in a reluctant young black man. The whole thing is over-the-top action and comedy in the style of the Police Academy films. Surprisingly they didn’t skimp on the action with tons of shoot-outs, car chases and huge explosions. 90% was shot in a movie backlot in North Carolina. There’s a strong fan base for this forgotten cult film.
