SYNOPSIS: Documentary focusing on a handful of women who perform as exotic dancers preparing for a stripper convention in Las Vegas circa 1984. The women are individually interviewed as we see them choreographing dance routines and working on their elaborate costumes. They also share personal details on how they ended up working as nude performers. The finale is a contest called “The Golden G-String” where dozens of women compete for the top prize. A memorable sequence shows a few girls dancing in a one-horse Canadian town where they have to jump up on a bar table to perform for some shady locals! These girls have real hard luck stories, especially an older dancer who lost all her savings and gets back into the game for one last ditch score.
