SYNOPSIS: A tough NYC cop who likes to shoot first and ask questions later gets in trouble after a female reporter does an exposé on him. Meanwhile a sociopath gets released from a hospital and goes to his gang's hideout located on an unused platform in the New York City subway. The gang terrorizes stray passengers by taking their money, torturing them and sometimes killing them. One woman is stripped naked and beaten with a bat. While on suspension from his job the cop contacts the reporter to get information she has about the subway gang. They form a love/hate relationship and head into the tunnels to find the creeps. This is a forgotten low-budget film with some surprisingly nasty violence, a little nudity and a few laughs.
