SYNOPSIS: Here's a film that can be best described as a Turkish giallo. A young woman is attacked by a man in a Halloween devil mask. He kills her and then rapes her afterwards. As the body count climbs higher the police are clueless and interrogate a number of suspects. One red herring is a sad peeping tom who carries a violin case that contains binoculars and a pair of rubber gloves. Meanwhile a detective on the case is romancing a girl whose husband and sister-in-law died under strange circumstances. There are many more murders / rapes before the hero catches up with 'The Woman Despiser'. In a funny touch the killer wears a different rubber monster mask each time he attacks. The masks are old school (mid-60's?) style like Frankenstein's monster, zombie, devil, skull, etc. It turns out the killer is turned on by the women being scared. A nice addition to the Turkish oddities we sell with this one appealing to fans of early giallo / horror. The print on this rare film is in nice shape. In spoken Turkish with English subtitles.
