SYNOPSIS: If you like low budget offbeat horror films from the 70's you might enjoy this one that has a bit of a bad reputation. A college professor gives a lecture on demons, curses and the supernatural. One angry student tells him it sucks and later vows to teach him a lesson. He gets high with his roommates and convinces them to break into the professor's house, with stockings on their faces, and "scare" his family. The professor gets severely beaten but survives and ends up in a coma. His wife and kids however are brutally murdered. Unable to move or speak, he's able to overhear what happened. Using his teachings he telekinetically summons demon forces to kill his attackers one by one. One character has a creepy Nightmare on Elm Street style dream that takes place in a mortuary. Another guy works as a projectionist and after the last show ends he sees the crime he committed up on the movie screen! You do get to see a hilarious, green, hairy, slobbering demon briefly at the end when it confronts the main villain. Some bloody gore and nudity too. It's pretty cheesy stuff but fun. Nonsense footage with Christopher Lee talking about strange phenomena and the occult was tacked on as a prologue and epilogue. Fans of low budget cult flicks like Horror High, Demon Lover and Shriek of the Mutilated will dig this one!
