SYNOPSIS: This is one of the coolest titles on the site. A group of evil ESP gifted bad guys are causing havoc around the world. The secret (good guy) ESP organization is called "ESPY". They battle each other with Scanners-like powers in this entertaining film. It feels like a James Bond film with a Sci-Fi kick.There are shoot-outs, a man's tongue ripped from his mouth, telekinesis, martial arts in an old warehouse, mind control and a German Shepard named "Caesar" who helps save the day! The main villain is memorable and has a great speech towards the end about humans desire to kill each other. The psychokinetic finale is ground shaking. This is the uncut, unedited, version in original Japanese language with English subtitles. Highly recommended. WIDESCREEN
