SYNOPSIS: Based on a true story - Michel Piccoli stars as a ruthless lawyer who figures a way to scam people out of insurance money. He enlists the help of two sexy sisters (including Romy Schneider who looks amazing). They even go so far as to kill a man & woman. The disposal and clean up of these two corpses takes up a large part of screen time. Dragging the bodies upstairs, acid baths, cleaning up evidence, etc - all in bloody detail. It's like an arthouse HG Lewis film - genre fans will not be disappointed! The film also has healthy dose of pitch black humor plus nudity from the two female leads. French film snobs of the 70's were shocked by the gruesome display. Ennio Morricone provides the score. WIDESCREEN and Uncut.
