SYNOPSIS: Exploitation great William Smith teams up with T&A specialist Andy Sidaris for this winner. When a group of gangsters plan to take over Hawaii government man Smith is assigned to stop them. His plan is to hire an "A-Team" like group of specialists (7 of them) including a few hot chicks who can handle bikinis and firearms with equal aplomb! One action chase / shootout even takes place between a car and a dude on a skateboard - only in the 70's! Full of action, laughs and nudity.
