Sexy undercover cop Stevens fights bad drug dealers and occasionally gets naked in this drive-in exploitation. The always reliable William Smith is on hand in another of his many bad guy roles. One of the highlights is a very believable chase between Smith (on a motorcycle) and Stevens (in a dune buggy!) through Seattle - going from streets, backroads, train tracks and stairs!
