SYNOPSIS: Interesting and overlooked psychological thriller. Franco Nero plays a famous painter who is suffering from bizarre visions and nightmares. Along with his companion (Redgrave) he decides to find a "quiet place in the country" to clear his head. Once there the visions get worse and there may be the ghost of a dead girl in the house to complicate matters. Plenty of offbeat visuals give the film a "REPULSION"-like feel. Fans of uneasy head trip type mysteries will find much to dig about this film.
