SYNOPSIS: James Brolin is utterly convincing as an ex-cop pursuing a scummy kidnapper who has his young daughter. 90% of this flick features impressive foot and car chases on crowded New York City streets, subways, tenements and tunnels circa 1979. A recommended action-packed winner which co-stars Dan Hedeya (as a psycho cop), Julie Carmen and porn legend Sharon Mitchell.
