SYNOPSIS: Overlooked, drama (with some action) starring the underused Raymond St Jacques. Jacques is a prisoner who breaks out of jail determined to clear himself of rape & murder charges. He runs into Kevin McCarthy's slimy character who brainstorms a way to kill his wife and frame St Jacques for the deed. Throw in the lovely Barbara McNair for a little singing and sex appeal. Royal Dano and Steve Sandor as a couple of really scummy fellows and you've got a nice forgotten gem that has been wrongly pushed as a "Blaxploitation" film. Check it out for yourself.
