SYNOPSIS: Great little black comedy / horror film about a group of elderly residents who are in danger of having their apartment building demolished. They decide to fight back in murderous ways as soon construction workers, contractors, inspectors, etc are meeting with some very imaginative deaths. Some good tension and dark humor make this a winner.
