SYNOPSIS: A group of summer camp misfits take up the cause of a group of "soon-to-be-dead" buffalo. These freaks and geeks find out a local hunting club plans on shooting up a bunch of penned in animals. They decide to help out. "Lost in Space" star Billy Mumy heads up the cast of fresh faces in a film by veteran director Stanley Kramer. The Carpenters add to the soundtrack with the title song. Based on the book by Glendon Swarthout.
