SYNOPSIS: Classic bad-taste exploitation. Star Joseph Olita is a dead ringer for the infamous dictator of Uganda. Her ruled the country with fear, brutality and death. Rumor has it he would eat the flesh of his enemies and gain their power! Over 100,000 died during his reign. Although it is a low budget film and certainly out to shock it's viewers with extreme violence and bloodletting - the fact that most of these events really happened will still leave an impression on you. NYC's 42nd Street played this one for years!
