SYNOPSIS: In this 70's made-for-TV film Martin Sheen plays an escaped mental patient. He kidnaps naive farmgirl ( 16-year old Linda Blair ) on the way to Mexico.  They shack up in a remote cabin and soon she goes from victim to lover as the two form a bond. Not as lurid as it sounds but a well-made drama. Somehow, I think getting this movie made today wouldn't be too easy.
