SYNOPSIS: This is one energetic, out-of-control comedy! It feels like a vintage ( big-budget ) version of one of Robert Downey Sr's underground comedies. This film was directed by photog / filmmaker William Klein. A wonderfully cruel , single-minded, Captain America-type  hero goes to France to save the world from Red Commies. He will force the American way of life on everyone no matter what the consequences! Highlights include Donald Pleasence as Mr F's boss seen only on video screens, a training session of freedom fighters with shooting, bleeding, torturing, speeding motorcycles nudity, etc. and Mr F's classic rapid-fire "Russ Meyer"-like speech / rants that are spread throughout the film! Excellent quality. Recommended. WIDESCREEN.
