SYNOPSIS: George C Scott
stars as an over-the-hill getaway driver who wants to do one last
job before he retires. His assignment is to get escaped convict Tony
Musante (playing a fast-talking mob hitman) to safety. Along the way
they have complications. One includes picking up Musante's girl
Trish Van Devere. There's also a series of hired killers who are
trying to stop them. Solid action picture from overlooked director
Fleischer. Recommended. WIDESCREEN.
