SYNOPSIS: This is an
amazing 70's relic that should be sealed in a time capsule for
future generations. It's not a documentary but it's not a regular
narrative film either. I love films that blur the line between
reality and fiction. Real-life junkies, dealers, ex-cons and
hustlers mix with actors and dialog scenes. It plays like a few days
in the life of these different characters. This includes a young
couple trying out heroin, a seasoned dealer buying a car stereo, a
girl recalling when she OD'd, shoplifting, stories of selling drugs
in prison and much more. Some parts are shocking and others just
hilarious. The way it's filmed reminds of movies like DRUGSTORE
COWBOY and BROWN BUNNY. A personal favorite. Do Not
Miss!
